Group lessons: Fall 2021

Group classes are an integral part of Suzuki instruction; therefore, group classes are REQUIRED unless you are in school orchestra. Advanced students may be exempted from this requirement by permission of the teacher. If you are not in a performing group but are in at least book 3 and in middle school, please speak to me if you want to be considered for exemption from group class. Group Classes are highly suggested for all students who are in books 1 and 2, even if they are in school orchestra. I expect ALL STUDENTS in books 1 and 2 to attend group class unless other arrangements have been made with the instructor. Please contact me about extenuating circumstances or schedule conflicts.

ADVANCED STUDENTS ARE EXCUSED FROM GROUP, BUT MAY BE ASKED TO ATTEND SPECIFIC EVENTS.

PAYMENT: Payment for Group Class is due at the first Group Class of the semester.

The group fee for this semester is $40. Please make payment online using PayPal. There is a link available at www.wattviolin.com.

SCHEDULES/LOCATION:

Group classes will meet on the following Saturdays: August 28, September 11, Septemter 25, October 16, and October 30. All Group Classes will meet at 10am. The first class will meet outside at the studio. Subsequent classes may be at St. Luke United Methodist Church in the Loft if Covid numbers allow. Updated location information will be sent throughout the semester as needed.
